10. Marvel Strike Teams
In Marvel Strike Teams all players take on the roles of different heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe. A battle of good and evil.
The game plays 2-5 players. One player takes the role of a villain and the rest work together combining their superpowers and abilities to complete mission objectives.
This board game comes with standalone missions and campaigns spanning several missions. In a campaign, you can improve your hero as you play through different missions that are linked together. Fight and defeat villains and collect points in order to win the game.
First, start out by choosing a mastermind villain. Each player then constructs their recruitment powers and abilities. Then all players go through a hero draft. When the game starts and at the start of every round a villain is dawn and added to the board. When villains are defeated points are scored. The mastermind villain you chose at the beginning of the game pops up during the game to perform attacks. The mastermind villain is more powerful but can also be fought.
If the mastermind manages to carry out his master scheme, too many villains manage to escape without being defeated or the players sustain too many wounds – then the player loses the game.
This game and is loads of fun and offers a lot of replay-ability.
